William H. Goode
Owner/Lead Instructor
Bill is the owner and lead firearms instructor for Victory Personal Protection Solutions LLC. With over twenty years experience Bill is an NRA Training Counselor and Certified USCCA instructor. With certifications in defensive pistol, defensive rifle, and tactical shotgun, he has trained and taught personal defense at some of the most renown training facilities in the country. Bill is now sharing his passion for personal protection education with a team of professionals in the firearms, medical, and preparedness industries to bring some of the best and complete training curriculum to the North Georgia Area.
Eric Leid
Director of Instructor Development
Eric is a retired veteran with distinguished service as an Infantryman in elite Air Assault, Airborne, and Amphibious units across the United States Marine Corps and Army. Following his military career he served as a City Police Officer, rural Sheriff’s Deputy, and U.S. Department of State Diplomatic Security contractor. Throughout his career he has held multiple instructor and training roles, specializing in firearms proficiency, tactical operations, and emergency vehicle driving.
Eric works in our Instructor Development Program to train our instructors to offer the best firearms and tactical self defense training available to individuals, families, and businesses. We are blessed to have his vast knowledge and experience at our disposal to train some of the best instructors in the industry.
Dennis Lahmann
Instructor
Dennis is a lifelong firearms enthusiast, learning to hunt as a young man on his family farm. He served in the United States Army as a Combat Arms Commissioned Officer where he achieved expert proficiency with multiple firearms. Dennis is a Certified USCCA Instructor in Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals, Women’s Handgun & Self Defense Fundamentals, Children’s Firearms and Safety Fundamentals, Emergency First Aid Fundamentals, and Range Safety Officer. Dennis is currently working in our Instructor Development Program as an Assistant Instructor for our classroom and live fire courses.
Scott Trahan
Instructor
Scott is a former Law Enforcement Officer with experience at both county and state levels. He also served in the Air National Guard in a mobile combat communications unit. Scott has held various leadership positions throughout his career and currently works in the logistics and supply chain sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a Masters degree in Engineering Management. Scott is a lifelong sportsman and firearm enthusiast. He is a certified NRA Range Safety Officer and has an instructor certification in NRA Basic Pistol. Scott is currently in our USCCA Instructor Development Program and works as an assistant instructor in our classroom and live fire courses.

Paul Scott
Instructor
Paul served in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Marksmanship Coach and a Combat Marksmanship Instructor. He also gained Combat Lifesaver Certification prior to his real word experience from his overseas deployments with CRG 1 Det Guam. After his career in the military, Paul worked for five years as a Defensive Firearms Instructor before joining our team. Due to his training and life experiences, Paul understands the importance of Preparation, Situational Awareness, and calm decision making in high pressure situations.

Dr. Vikki Brannon
DNP, MSN, BSN, RN, NCSN
Dr. Vikki Brannon is a passionate educator, and lifelong advocate for safety and preparedness. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and emergency response, she has dedicated her career to helping others develop the skills to protect themselves and those around them.
As a Doctor of Nursing and certified instructor in BLS, CPR, AED, First Aid and Stop the Bleed, Dr. Brannon brings real-world experience from hospitals, schools, and healthcare systems to every class she teaches. Her approach prepares participants to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Savannah Bley
BSN, RN, NCSN
Savannah has over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse. She has a strong background in pediatric care, school nursing, and emergency preparedness. She currently works as a Board Certified School Nurse and Instructor. As a certified American Red Cross and Stop the Bleed instructor she has extensive experience teaching lifesaving skills in both classroom and community settings. Her further training as Emergency First Responder has taught her to respond quickly and effectively in critical situations. Her goal is to combine her clinical expertise with practical emergency response training to help individuals to stay confident, prepared, and protected in all situations.
